He is survived by: his parents, Dickey Collins and Maggie Collins; his siblings, Linda Garcia, Susan Wren, Allen Collins, Brittney Collins, Hope Gonzalez (Ruben), Kari Solie (Shawn), Alejandra Collins, Teresa Collins and Michael Collins; and his grandparents, Juanita Baty and Joe Banda (Dominga).
