He was predeceased by: his father Dale Chain; his wife Patricia Capansky; and his daughter Cassady Jo Capansky. He is survived by: his mother Shelly Ann Pelzl-Chain (Capansky); his daughter Keri Lynne Mueller (Andrew Mueller); his siblings, Kimberly Barr (Mark Barr), Tom Chain (Kim Chain), Tonya Peitz (Ron Peitz), Shala Wood (Vince Wood) and Sheryl Haynes; and his close friend Gypsy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; three grandchildren.
