He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baier and Carrie Faye Magnison (Woods); and his brother John Rockford Magnison. He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Nancy Harbaugh; his daughters, Nancy Winfrey (Leon) of Plains, KS, Mary Strole (Arden) of Wichita, KS, Patricia Maze (Allan) of Medicine Lodge and Paula Stoskopf (Scott) of El Dorado, KS; his grandchildren, Dustin Winfrey (Kasie), Gimmie Jo Jansonius (Troy), Weston Winfrey (Jennifer), Clayton Maze (Ally), Teddi Winslow (Kyle), Sean Stoskopf (Heidi), Bobbie Rae Smith (Jeff) and Sheldon Stoskopf (Trina); his great grandchildren, Stuart Rose, Savannah Rose, Dalton Winfrey, Sawyer Stoskopf, Maitland Stoskopf, Dyson Winfrey, Walker Winfrey, Kylee Winslow, Wren Winfrey, Clayton Smith, Dawson Maze, Andi Grace Maze, Wraylee Mae Winfrey, Tex Smith and Baby Winfrey; and his siblings, Jerry Magnison of Medicine Lodge, Emmajo Rucker of Medicine Lodge and Janet Roland of Medicine Lodge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
