He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dicke and Martha Dicke (Westerman); and his brothers, Leroy, Lloyd and Floyd Dicke.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Smith (Paul) of Kingman, KS; his grandchildren, Preston, Noah and Haden Smith; and his siblings, Larry Dicke of Salina, KS and Luella Hargett of Medicine Lodge, KS. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
