He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Cory Ruark (Trudy) and Jamie Ruark; his grandchildren, Thomas and Adriana; and his brothers, Sam Lowe, John Lowe (Debra) and Beaumont Lowe (Debbie). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
