He was predeceased by: his son David "Scott" Musgrove; and his siblings, J. C., Kenneth "Fud", Glendal "Pete" Musgrove, Betty Beeby and Millie "Bonnie" Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Abt of Medicine Lodge, KS; his children, Kenneth Musgrove, Daryl Musgrove of Medicine Lodge, KS and Connie Petardi of Pratt, KS; his stepsons, Greg Axline (Amy) of Medicine Lodge, KS and Josh Axline (Taffy) of Wichita, KS; and his sister Janie Reavis of Great Bend, KS. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Kansas Honor Flight or the First Christian Church, in care of Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104.
