He is survived by: his parents, Scott Cook and Shelly Cook (Cooper) of Meade; his sisters, Tasha Cooley of Meade, Tanya Knott of Meade, Taylor Kroth (Weston) of Meade and Tierney Cook of Meade; and his nieces and nephews, Makenzie, Laken, Tyson, Rawlin, Kinley, Woodrow, Dutton and Steely.
In lieu of flowers the family would welcome memorials to the Treston Cook Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
