Mary A. Wiens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary A. Wiens in Meade, Kansas, born in Hillsboro, Kansas, who passed away on December 8, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham J. Claassen and Anna Claassen (Peters); her husbands, Erwin H. Wiens and Eldo P. Wiens; and her siblings, Abe Claassen and Olga Penner.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin, Debbie Wiens of Meade, Sherry, Bill Angell of Beloit, Cindy and Jim Hiebert of Longview, Texas; and her stepchildren, Leon Wiens of Enid, Allene Kaiser of Eugene and Lynette Friesen of Henderson, Nebraska. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
The family would welcome memorials to the Missions Fund at Emmanuel Mennonite Church in care of the funeral home.
