He was predeceased by: his parents, John James and Lena Evelyn Jenkinson (Rexford). He is survived by: his son John Jenkinson (Jana) of Lakin; his granddaughter Joy Giessel (George) of Minneola, Kansas; his sister Judy Gamble of Urbana, Illinois; his close friend Kay Berghaus of Meade; his grandchildren, Kym, Stephanie (Dusty), Ryan (Brittney), Dusty, Kayla (Carter) and Miranda (Lincoln); and his great grandchildren, Wynnie, William and Elaine.
The family would welcome memorials to the Kansas Honor Flight in care of the funeral home.
