He was predeceased by: his parents, Brock E. Loy and Roberta E. Loy (Lewis); his wife Lois Aileen Wolpers; and his sister Carol Ann Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his sons, David Loy (Mary) of Irvine, CA, Stephen Loy (Jen) of Topeka, KS and Andrew Loy (Rebecca) of McPherson, KS; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Catherine, Jonathan, Benjamin, Tyler, Emily, Ayden, Asher, Emmalyn and Maya.
