It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter L. Hundley of McPherson, Kansas, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edgar and Ida Hundley (Lennen); his spouse Lulubelle "Lou" Goble; his sons, John Hundley and Neal Hundley; his granddaughter Kirsten Hundley; and his siblings, James Hundley, Marion Hundley, Irene Myers, Lucille Anderson and Minnie Koenig.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Summerlin (Wylie) of Inman, KS, Dale Hundley (Susan) of Hotchkiss, CO and Jeannie Werner (John) of McPherson, KS; his daughter-in-law Amber Stucky (Gary) of McPherson, KS; his siblings, Marjorie Field of Effingham, IL, Henry Hundley of Noble, IL and Rosa Stanley of Dawson, IL; and his grandchildren, Michelle Hundley (James McArtor), Chans Hundley and Jess Taylor (Kevin Blackwell). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
