She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde M. Kellams and Nelly N. Kellams (Treadwell); and her sister Kay Bishop. She is survived by: her husband James Leach of McPherson, Kansas; her children, Jay Leach (Paula) of Pella, Iowa, Jen Charlesworth (Jeff Hanschu) of McPherson, Kansas and Jon Phelps-Leach (Abby) of Emporia, Kansas.; and her grandchildren, Monet, Payton, Maggie and Maya. She is also survived by her friends and family, especially her children and grandchildren.
