It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Esau of McPherson, Kansas, born in Goessel, Kansas, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willard and Eulalia Flaming (Regier); her brother Bill Flaming; and her granddaughter Afton Hett. She is survived by: her children, Jolene Hett (Derek) of Salina, KS, Clint Esau of McPherson, KS, Robin Esau of McPherson, KS and David Esau (Allison) of Wichita, KS; her siblings, Virginia Flaming of Newton, KS, Stan Flaming of Newton, KS, Susie Flaming of Salina, KS, Vivian Picking (Randy) of Salina, KS and Cheryl Brandt (Kevin) of Hillsboro, KS; and her grandchildren, Sabian Hett and Scott Esau. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
