She is survived by: her children, Susan Hornbaker (Gordon) of Elizabeth, CO, Janette Hess (Bryan) of McPherson and Brent Willems (Arleen Paulino) of Westlake Village, CA; her daughter-in-law Machelle Willems of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Laura Smith (Jason) of Kiowa, CO, Matthew Hess (Jessica) of Denver, CO, Marc Hess (Kim) of Overland Park and Grant Hornbaker of Centennial, CO; her great grandchildren, Adeline, Ainsley, Berkeley, Amelia, Dashiell, Bennett and Wesley; and her siblings, Dorothy Eby of Dallas Center, IA, Joe Keller (Marion) of Dallas Center, IA and Andy Keller (Jan) of Ackworth, IA..
