He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Foster and Letha Foster (Stites); and his siblings, Robert W. Foster and Rosalee Kern. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rose Mary Evans (David Hearn) of McPherson, KS; his half-siblings, Terry Foster (Beth) of Russell, KS and Liz Hedberg of Wichita, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Robert S. Foster of McPherson, KS and Melicia Evans of McPherson, KS. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
