Roland Hayden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Hayden of McPherson, Kansas, born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hayden and Inez Hayden (Wygle); his sister Marilyn; and his daughter-in-law Brenda. He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Jean Clapton; his sons, Loren Lynn of Sterling, KS, Roy of Andover, KS, Robert of Lincoln, NE and Dick of Wichita, KS; and his daughters-in-law, Nadine, Denise and Sandy.
While still maintaining a home in Wichita, they began wintering on Cudjoe Key from the early 90's until 2013 when Duby's Alzheimer's forced them to return 'to cold weather' as Jim would say.
