He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Mary (May) and Earl Leo Green; his son Thomas S. Green; his wife Joan K. Green; and his brother Earl Franklin Green.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Green (Janet), Mark Green (Jaimie) of Gordon, Steven Green (Sandy) of Greenwood and Timothy Green of San Francisco, California; his sister-in-law Sue Green of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jason (Elizabeth), Ryan (Mary), Chad (Erin), Nicholas (Monica), Matthew, Christopher (Adrienne), Thomas (Becki), Meghan (James) and Alicia; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Gabriel, Katherine, William, Grace, Henry, Collin, Brady, Kinsley, Coleston, Brynna, Kali and Mielee.
