It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis June Braden of McPherson, Kansas, born in Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Junior and Mary Phyllis Wilson (Barkley); her husband William Jay Braden; her sons, Ty Braden and Doug Braden; her brother Woody Wilson; and her grandson Jon Paul Oakes.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Braden of Colorado, Steve Braden of Kansas City, Jason Wilson of McPherson and Stephanie Oakes (Steve) of McPherson; and her siblings, Debbra Harper of Wichita, William Wilson of McPherson and James Wilson (Aurelia) of Cuchara, Colorado.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
