He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Fishback (Barber); his wife Lola Buster; his son Zach Fishback (Jessi); his grandchildren, Addison Lott (Zachary) and Jillian Fishback; his daughter Misty Fishback-Milleson (Chris); his grandchildren, Jackie Milleson, Jamie Milleson, Dakota Nees, Rachel Milleson, Kinsley Nees, Alexa Milleson and Logan Milleson; the mother of his children Lola Fishback Schlesinger (Mark); and his brother Dale Fishback (Sandy).
