We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2019, at the age of 90, Monroe Hughbanks (McPherson, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank Hughbanks and Vivian Esther Hughbanks (Hunt); his son Vincent M. Hughbanks; and his siblings, Beverly Hurley, Roger Hughbanks and Fineas Hughbanks.
He is survived by: his wife Corinne Neubauer; his children, Stephen B. Hughbanks (Nancy) of Wichita, KS and Melody Ann Athey (Bill) of Park City, KS; his siblings, Galen (Bonnie), James (Donna), Harold (Gerry), Tipton (Anita), Karen Smith (Dave), Sandra Kurt (Bob) and Teresa Whitney (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Staci Dean (Billy), Stephanie Warner (Mike), Bryce Hughbanks (Ashleigh), Ben French (Jenny), Jonathan French (Amanda) and Tyler French (Kelly). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Memorial donations may be given to World Gospel Mission, Heifer International, or McPherson Free Methodist Church in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
