He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hadley and Alfretta "Freda" Elizabeth Welch (White); and his brother Timothy Welch. He is survived by: his children, Sonia Luttig of McPherson, KS and David Welch of Windom, KS; his siblings, Kerry David Welch (Pam) of Murray, KY and Patty Kay Welch of Kansas City, MO; his granddaughters, Monica Luttig of McPherson, KS and LaToya Jones (Kris) of Kennewick, WA; and his great grandchildren, Madden, MaKyna, Mercede, Kynzlie, Madison, Kason and Morgan. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
