He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Diane Godwin (Hill); his grandparents, Fred and Betty Hill; and his adoptive father Jim Godwin. He is survived by: his father Allen Ray Brown; his wife Jesse Godwin of McPherson, Kansas; his children, Peyton Turner, Kenzee Godwin of McPherson, Kansas and Jace Godwin (Matt Godwin) of McPherson, Kansas; and his grandson Wilder Turner.
