She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil C. Fordham and Florentina H. Fordham (Zelfer); and her sisters, Mary and Patricia. She is survived by: her brother Cecil Fordham (Linda) of Onaga. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
