She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Koontz and Vera Koontz. She is survived by: her brother Wesley (Vicki) of Hutchinson, KS; her son Cody (Stacy) of Santa Fe, TX; and her grandsons, Dalton and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
