He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Wilhelmina Julianna Armbrust (Lubinus); his wife Maxine Sallee; his brother Ron Armbrust; his son Kirby Armbrust; and his grandson Charlie Ledbetter.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Armbrust (Gerry) of McPherson, KS, Patty Armbrust of Wichita, KS and Cindy Ledbetter (Charles) of Mustang, OK; his brother Bob Armbrust (Barbara) of Hutchinson, KS; his sisters-in-law, Kay Armbrust-Feist of Arkansas and Roberta Sallee of South Hutchinson, KS; and his grandchildren, Jenny Epp, Kenny Armbrust, Angie Carbajal (Raul), Chris Ledbetter (Haley), Matthew Ledbetter (Jessica), Heather Ledbetter, Gill Ledbetter, Derek Borth (Claudia) and Jessica Morrell (Troy). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
