She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold LeGault and Anne Welsh; her former husband Steve Lutman; and her brothers, Jonathan LeGault (Joe) and James Welsh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deena Gundel (Brad) of Washburn, MO, Teresa Loffer (Shanley) of Ellsworth, KS and Kristy Horton (Alan) of McPherson, KS; and her siblings, Linda Haller, Lucia LeGault, Joey LeGault, Linn LeGault and Kenny LeGault. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She has requested any memorial contributions be made to the charity of each person's choice.
