He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. and Mary L. Miller (Ferguson); his wife Sheryl Miller; his sister Charlotte Childs; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria and Marvin Plooster.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather Miller of McPherson, Kansas; his brothers-in-law, Keith Plooster (Sheila) of McPherson and Larry Plooster (Berdeanna) of Pocatello, Idaho; and his nephews, Barry Childs (Susan) of Belleville and Jim Childs of Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives, many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
