It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ellen Cooper of McPherson, Kansas, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Edison and Joan Lillian Cooper (Johnson); and her brother Eugene Cooper. She is survived by: her son Clinton Rife, II (Skylar) of Bogue, KS; her brother Jerry Cooper of Emporia, KS; and her granddaughter Paisley Jo-Anna Rife.

Memorial donations may be payable to Clinton Rife (to be designated at a later date) and mailed to 3271 J. Avenue, Bogue, KS 67625 or mailed to Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
