J. and SkylaRae; his siblings, Dennis Stephens of Ogden, UT and Shawna of Tooele, UT; his grandchildren, Jammie and Jasmine; and his mother-in-law Machelle Carter of McPherson, KS. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
