He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Jean (Mishler) and James Leo Armer; his siblings, Kenneth Dean Armer, Richard Armer and Pat Harden; his brothers-in-law, George Franz and Roger Dannebohm; and his half-siblings, Ruby Popp and Bob Armer.
He is survived by: his sons, Cody Armer of McPherson and Wesley Armer of Muskegon, Michigan; his siblings, Jack Armer (Bonnie) of Florence, Jean Dannebohm of Jamestown, Jodi Hime of McPherson, Karen Wojtak (Dennis) of Denver, Sharon Franz of Lexington and Bill Armer (Pam) of Arkansas City, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Kinsley Grace and Declan James.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice, McPherson and they can be sent to Glidden - Ediger Funeral Home; 222 West Euclid Street; McPherson, Kansas 67460 or do an act of kindness for a caregiver in your community in memory of Jim.
