He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Heitkotter (Willene) of Douglass, KS, Jody Heitkotter (Vanetta) of Hutchinson, KS, Lavon "Skeeter" Heitkotter of McPherson, KS, Galen Heitkotter of McPherson, KS and Ronald Heitkotter (Connie) of Bay City, CA. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
