He is survived by: his wife Judy Hageman of McPherson, Kansas; his children, Andria Hollingshead of Washington State, Amber Hageman of Holdrege and Ashley Kugel (Darren) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his stepchildren, Curt Cooper (Grace) of Chanute, Shana Carbajal (Alex) of Newton and Aaron Budge of Newton, Kansas..
