He was predeceased by: his father George Sullivan, III of Washington; his wife DeAnna "De" Kay Vogts (McCormick); and his brother Thomas Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Eileen Sullivan (Solomon) of North Newton, KS; his brother Dale Grant of Wichita, KS; and his nephews, Christopher Sullivan of Russell, KS and Justin Sullivan of Russell, KS. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
