He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mullins and Ora Mullins; his siblings, Donna Mullins, Larry Mullins and Wayne Mullins; and his sister-in-law Anna Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Mullins (Dawn) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Tomas Mullins (Michelle) of Des Moines, IA and Holly Diener (Bob) of Sheboygan, WI; his siblings, Peggy Wilber (Ray) of Carlisle, IA and Dave Mullins (Chris) of Ankeny, IA; and his grandchildren, Jayne, Cadence, Aisley and Matthew.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the VFW Post #2 (120 S Taft St, McPherson, KS 67460). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home (1016 Church St, Gowrie, IA 50543). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
