He is survived by: his wife Sherill Anne Newberry (James); his children, Robert Newberry of McPherson, KS, Brenda Newberry of McPherson, KS, Kelly Carlson-Nicola (Chris) of Coyville, KS, Melissa Newberry of Leavenworth, KS and Tara Flores (Israel) of Sugar Land, TX; his sister Diane Rhea (Terry) of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Audrey Miller, Sarah Newberry, Brian Patrick, Layne Patrick, Cole Carlson, Madison Stroud, Aiden Allen, Mason Flores and Liam Flores. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and numerous extended family members and friends.
