Dean Cotton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Cotton of McPherson, Kansas, who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Harold and Mildred Irene Cotton (Tipton). He is survived by: his wife Esther Marie Ikenberry; his children, Ken Cotton (Michelle) and Kathy Gauby (Sid) of Boise, ID; his siblings, Jeanine Watratz of Surprise, AZ, Donald Cotton (Ivadelle) of Scott City, KS and Carolyn Penner (Don) of North Newton, KS; his grandchildren, Kyle Gauby (Melissa), Kacie Noyes (Jeremy), Meghan Rathbun (Denver) and Matt Cotton (Jocie); and his great grandchildren, Owen, Evelyn, Henry David, Howard and Amelia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to First United Methodist Church, McPherson College, or The Cedars (resident assistance fund) in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
