She was predeceased by: her father Howard E. "Chris" Christensen; and her brother Daniel Christensen. She is survived by: her mother Carol "Sue" Christensen (Matlack) of McPherson, KS; her husband Shawn Phillips of Wichita, KS; her brother Neil Christensen of St. Louis, MO; her nieces, Katie Christensen and Elizabeth Banualos; her nephew Erik Christensen; and her stepdaughters, Dawn Phillips and Amber Phillips. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
