With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danny John Slechta of McPherson, Kansas, born in Ellsworth, Kansas, who passed away on June 1, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Marie (Schultz) and Richard John Slechta. He is survived by: his son John Scott; his wife Sue Slechta of McPherson, Kansas; his sons, Scott Slechta (Kristi) of McPherson, Tharon Slechta of Wichita and Daryl Slechta of McPherson, Kansas; his sisters, Richkie Slechta of Topeka, Patricia "Pat" Schafer (Danny) of McPherson and Carol Thach of Holyrood, Kansas; and his granddaughters, Tiffany Slechta and Tabitha Slechta. He is also survived by his boys, his pets, his grandchildren.
