He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Joe and Marie Suzan Belisle (Richard); his wife Deanne Polson; his children, Christy Belisle, Brad Belisle and Todd Belisle; and his sisters, Emily Gatz and Ramona Chambers.

He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Gross, Linda Mellenbruch, Bob Belisle (Randy) and Jerry Belisle (Kim); his daughter-in-law Linda Belisle; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jude and Jonah Anderson.

Memorials may be made to Meadowbrook Hall at Pine Village of Moundridge.
