He is survived by: his wife Debbie Anderson; his children, Jema Koehn of McPherson, Kenny Harter of McPherson and Jamey Koehn of Virginia; his siblings, Brian Harter of McPherson and Scherryl "Sis" Harter of McPherson; and his grandchildren, Tristin Harter, Aaron Harter, Olivia Koehn, Justin Koehn, Alexander Perkins, Emilee Perkins and Skyler Perkins.
