He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Dwayne; and his grandparents, Don and Mary Hall. He is survived by: his mother Diana Leigh Kappel (Hall) of Hutchinson; his sisters, Michelle Parrish (Jason) of Hutchinson and Sara Bookless (Sam) of Omaha; his nieces, Scarlett and Stella of Omaha; and his stepbrothers, Jeff Lambert (Sara) of Dodge City and James Waggoner of Wichita.
