He was predeceased by: his father Clark Adcock; and his son Brandon Clark Adcock. He is survived by: his mother Donna Adcock (Curtiss) of McPherson; his daughter Monica Conyers (Sean) of Wichita; his sisters, Jana Myers (Jimmy) of McPherson and Carrie Clark (Curt) of McPherson; and his girlfriend Roxie Cummings of Wichita. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
