He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Mary Alice Hall (Jennings); and his adoptive parents, Otis Couch and Gladys Couch (Boyd). He is survived by: his fiancée Tina Western; his children, Sammy Couch and Troy Couch; and his siblings, Jim Smith (Janette) of McPherson, KS, Barbara Chappell of Sherman, TX, Lauren Randolph of Livingston, TX, Mary Strain of Leonard, TX, Karen Danburg (David) of Brenham, TX and Bob Couch (Honey) of Huffman, TX. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
