She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva LeRoy Taylor and Alma Lee Taylor-Briley (Poe); her husband Gail Phillips; her sons, Jon Phillips and William Gary Phillips; and her siblings, Ancil Taylor, Perry Taylor and Marjorie Florine.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Urioste of McPherson; her siblings, Quincy Taylor of McPherson, Mary Simmons of Salina and Juanita Hanson of McPherson; her grandchildren, Chad Carroll (Jodie) and Brandi Martinez-McWilliams (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Camryn Carroll, Caitlyn Carroll, Brady McWilliams, Jadeyn McWilliams and Jocelyn McWilliams.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, The Cedars (Memory Care Unit), or Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders.
