He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Clinton and Helen Marie Frommell Bartlett, Jr.; his mother-in-law Karen Thomas Porter; and his siblings, David "Dave" Bartlett, Phillip Bartlett, Harold "Bo" Bartlett, Paul Bartlett, JoAnn Bartlett, Donis Bartlett, Patricia May "Patty" Sollars, Katherine "Kathy" Bartlett and Sally Bergei.
He is survived by: his son Vern "Skeeter" Bartlett, IV of Liberty, MO; and his brothers, Bruce Bartlett (Lynne) of Kingston, MA, Michael "Mike" Bartlett of McLouth, Patrick "Duck" Bartlett (Linda) of McLouth and Howard Barlett (Nancy) of McLouth. He is also survived by two sisters.
