He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Gentert; his children, Ben Fousek (Jamie) of Vernonia, Amy Louie (Tom) of Montague and Trevor Fousek (Brenda Cabrera); his grandson Ellis Louie; his pet Abby; and his siblings, Doug Fousek (Marti) of Elba, Neb., Randy Fousek (Marcy) of Prescott Valley, Ariz., Clint Fousek (Lori) of Central City, Neb., Shelly Haller (Scott) of Central City, Neb., Cindy Fousek (Gina) of Cedar Rapids, Neb. and Bill Fousek (Chris) of St. Paul, Neb.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
