He was predeceased by: his grandchild Masyn Perry; and his grandparents, Lee Falk, Gilbert Perry and Helen Galven. He is survived by: his parents, James Allen "Jim" and Patricia Rae Falk Perry; his former wife Kimberly Ann Garcia; his children, Jacob "Jake" Perry (Julie), McLouth, Ryan Perry and Katy Perry of Parkville, MO; his brothers, Jeff Perry of Ozawkie, KS, Jim "Jimbo" Perry (Michelle) and Scott Perry (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Gavyn, Nolan, Aiden and Tegan.
