He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Koch and Ina Koch; and his siblings, Shirley Dombrock, Oliver "Bud" Koch, Lester and Carlene Christensen.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Koch; his children, Wendy Alloway Lori (Ray), Butch Koch (Cris), Jeff Koch (Kay) and Rachel Crowell (Steve); his grandchildren, Steven Alloway (Kelly), Amber Alloway, Jayme Spencer (Lucas), Ashley Ruscha (Adam), Bradley Brewer, Hunter Koch (Kennedy), TJ Crowell (Haley), Drew Cerny, Colton Koch, Summer Cerny, Kooper Murry and Keagan Murry; and his great grandchildren, Brittany Ancil, Brionna Cunningham (Bronson), Conner Barnes, Callista Haislip, RJ Ruscha, Rhett Crowell, Mack Ruscha and Silas Crowell.
