She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold TenEyck and Mabel Marie TenEyck (Czirr); and her brother-in-law Kirk Jones. She is survived by: her husband Wilfred Joe "Swede" Michaelis; her children, Johnny Michaelis (Matilda) of Maple Hill, Alan Michaelis (RaeLynn) of Belvue, Denise McDaniel (Terry) of Paxico, Brian Michaelis (Polly) of Alma and David Michaelis (Yvette) of Wichita; and her siblings, Jupe TenEyck (Peggy) of Alma, Larry TenEyck (Shirley) of Wamego, Carol Jones of Manhattan and Vicki Browning of Manhattan. She is also survived by her twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
They suggest memorial contributions to Trinity Lutheran Church or St. Marys Manor, and those may be sent in care of Campanella and Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego.
