He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bazil and Wilda Bazil; his daughters, Debra Draine, Rebecca Snow and Kathy Phillips; and his brother Howard "Gene" Bazil.
He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Bazil of Park City, KS; his daughters, Shellie Cross (Robert) of Cape Coral, FL, Deb Tudor (Jerry) of Wetmore, KS, Susie Wieberg (Trent) of Wichita, KS and Rebecca Bazil of Wichita, KS; and his siblings, Gary Bazil (Zella) of Haysville, KS, Gaylon Bazil (Sheila) of Wichita, KS, Donna Campbell (David) of Mulvane, KS, Sharon Hughes of North Charleston, SC and Linda Jacobelli (Randy) of Rose Hill, KS. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
